The pair of dangle earrings have been tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 14k solid gold. Together they weigh 4.5 grams and measure 3/4" x 3/8". There are 4 colorful pear shape natural opals in each earring. The 8 opals have an approx total weight of 2.30 cts. Set in white gold in a V shape on each side of the top opal are a total of 7 round single cut natural diamonds. The total of 16 diamonds have an approx total weight of .26 cts. The earrings are for pierced ears and the opals are in nice condition.
