This custom made pendant is marked 18k and is solid yellow gold. It weighs 15.8 grams and measures 1 1/2" x 3/4". I believe this piece is to be worn as a sweater clip or some type of pearl enhancer. The gold is formed around the South Sea Baroque Pearl. The huge pearl measures 1 1/2" x 3/4" and is in excellent condition.
