The original Art Deco ring was made in the 1930s. It is marked 14k and is solid white gold. The ring weighs 6.9 grams. Set in the center is a 4.3 mm round European cut natural diamond with an approx weight of .27 cts. The diamond has a small chip next to one of the prongs. It is hard to see without a 10 power loupe. There is a swirl design coming off each side of the center stone. There are 6 total European cut natural diamonds with with 3 on each side . They have an approx total weight of .52 cts. There are also 3 European cut round natural diamonds directly to the East and West of the center diamond. The 6 natural diamonds have an approx total weight of .60 cts. Last, there are a total of 12 round single cut natural diamonds on the outer sides of the ring. They have an approx total weight of .36 cts. The diamonds range from SI1 TO SI3 and G to I in color. On the inside of the shank it is a little rough because a sizing ring was removed. It can easily be buffed out. The ring wears to a size 5 3/4 and can be resized.
