The puffed heart ring was made by Barry Kieselstein. It is marked 925 for sterling silver and dated 2004. The ring weighs 15.8 grams and at the top measures 5/8" from North to South. The ring has puffed hearts on the sides as well as the larger one at the top. It wears to a size 10 and can be resized. The ring could use a silver polish.
