The pair of earrings have the Russian Coat of Arms . They are marked 14k and have a silver top. The are also marked AM and 58% gold. Together they weigh 9.23 cts. I would estimate they were mare made around the 1860s.  Each measures 3/4" x 5/8". The bar in back which is connected by a chain is 3/4" long. The pair of cuffs counting the back bars hold a total of 70 rose cut natural diamonds. Set in the center of each is a red cab natural garnet. The two garnets have an approx total weight of .75 cts. The set is in excellent condition.
