There are different types of bracelets made in Mexico like this but many are not silver. This one is marked 925 and was tested with nitric acid. It weighs 14.7 grams and should fit between 6 3/4" to 7 ".  At the top , the bangle bracelet has red enamel with inlayed mother of pearl and abalone shell. It opens from the side and could use a silver polish.
