This piece can be worn as a pin and also has loops at the top to be worn as a pendant. It does not have a metal mark but the frame was tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 14k gold gold. The piece measures 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" and weighs 15.4 grams. The cameo is signed on the reverse and the woman on the obverse has flowers in the hair and along the neck. The frame which has a leaf design holds 20 round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of 1.00 cts. The diamonds range from SI2 to SI3 and H to I in Color. The cameo has no cracks or stress lines.
