Set in the center is a colorful Neapolitan natural opal that measures 9 mm x 7 mm which makes it approx 1.15 cts. Set at the top of the opal are 5 round chocolate natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .15 cts. Surrounding the opal and near the top of the bale are a total of 17 round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .42 cts. The opening of the bale can accommodate up to a 5 mm chain. This piece is in excellent condition.
