The ring does not have a gold mark but was tested with Nitric Acid and a "Kee" tester to be 14k solid gold. It weighs 3.9 grams.  Set at the top is a heart shape natural diamond. It measures 5.5 mm x 6.0 mm which makes it approx .60 cts. On the sides are 8 channel set princess cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .40 cts. This puts the total diamond weight at around 1.00 cts. The diamonds are SI 2 TO  SI3 and H to I in color. The ring wears to a size 7 and can be resized,
