The pendant is made into a nugget style . It does not have a gold mark but was tested with Nitric acid and a "KEE" tester to be 14k solid gold. It weighs 2.5 grams. The piece measures 7/8" x 1/2" and has a loop at the top to accommodate up to a 3 mm chain. The pendant holds 3 round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .18 cts. It also holds a red round natural ruby with an approx weight of .09 cts. The pendant is in nice condition.
