The vintage ring is marked 18k and is solid yellow gold. It weighs 6.4 grams. Bezel set in the center is nice blue oval cab natural sapphire with an approx weight of 1.50 cts. Set on each side of the sapphire is a 3.5 mm cultured pearl. The sides have a curved ribbed design. Ring wears to a size 6 and can be resized.
