This well made pendent is marked 18k on the bail and I also tested it with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be solid 18k white gold. The piece weighs 4.3 grams. It is of a angel with white and black natural diamonds. There are 11 round brilliant cut natural diamonds on the wing with and approx total weight of .25 cts. They are SI quality. The top of the wing and the body holds 88 round black natural diamonds with an approx total weight of 1.00 cts. The piece measures 1 1/4" x 1". There is a loop at the top to accommodate a chain.
