Set on the top and sides are a total of 20 blood red square natural rubies with an approx total weight of 1.75 cts. Also set on the sides near the top are 6 round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .12 cts. The ring wears to a size 7 and can be resized. The ring is in nice condition.
