The ring which was made around the 1980s is marked 900 platinum and weighs 7.7 grams. Set across the top are 3 red oval natural rubies with a weight of 1.07 cts which is marked on the inside of the ring. Also marked on the inside of the ring is the weight of .25 cts which are the 18 round natural diamonds surrounding the rubies. The rubies are a nice red and the diamonds range from SI3 TO I 1. The ring wears to a size 5.75 and can be resized.
