The three diamond ring is marked 14k and is solid yellow gold. It weighs 7.4  grams and measures 5/8" from North to South. Set across the top are three round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .75 cts. Each diamond measures 4.2 mm. The diamonds are SI1 and I color. The ring wears to a size 5.75 and comes with an Arthritic shank. The ring only opens another 1/4 size. The gold may need a light polish.
