Not sure if I have seen a setting like this before. The ring is marked 14k and is solid white gold. It weighs 3.7 grams. In a scalloped style setting there are 10 marquise shape natural diamonds with an approx total weight of 1.00 cts. The diamonds SI1 and H to I in color. The ring wears to a size 7 1/4 and can be resized by your local jeweler. On the inside of the shank is a sizing mark which can be polished out.
