The Swiss watch was made in the 1800s. It is marked and solid 18k yellow gold. The watch has a gross weight of 23.1 grams and measures 30 mm in diameter. On the front of the cover is a enameled Cherub sitting on a teeter totter with a butterfly on the other end. Set below the cherub are 5 rose cut natural diamonds. The movement is a 10 ruby cylinder type with a pin set. The watch runs but I didn't check it for time. The case has a couple small dings.
