The vintage ring does not have a metal mark but was tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 14k solid white gold. It weighs 4.5 grams. At in the center is a round brilliant cut natural diamond with an approx weight of .72 cts. The diamond is SI1 and H color. It is surrounded by 12 round brilliant cut natural diamonds with an approx total weight of .30 cts. They are also the same grade as the center diamond. The ring wears to a size 7 1/2 and can be resized. The gold may need a light polish.
