The ring was made in the 1930s and is marked 14k and is solid white gold. It is filigree style  and weighs 3.9 grams. At the top it holds a rectangle hand carved one piece shell cameo. The cameo measures 3/4" x 5/16". The carving is of a woman facing to the right wearing a necklace with a natural diamond pendant. The ring wears to a size 5 1/2 and can be resized. This piece is in nice condition.
