The antique baby ring is not marked but was tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 10k solid yellow gold. It weighs 1.8 grams and set at the top is a small round single cut natural diamond. The top of the ring measures 5/16" from North to South and it wears to a size 3. It can be resized .
