The Manneken Pis which means " Little Man Pee" is a statue in Brussels which has been standing since 1618 . The pendant / charm does not have a gold mark but was tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 14k solid gold. It weighs 5.7 grams and measures 1 1/4" x 7/16" . It is in nice condition and has a loop at the top.
